Kickboxing and boxing coaching are powerful ways to deal with your inner strength and vulnerability. You learn to discover yourself and your resources in a different way than just verbally.

Experience your own physical strength through boxing, which increases your self-confidence. Together with me you will come into contact with your level of self-control and other qualities of yourself, and we will give you the time and space to develop these further. In this you, you are experiencing your own mental resilience and learning how to apply it.

Practicing boxing while you are self-consciously engaged with your own body. For example, if you learning goal is “achieving assertiveness” I offer an exercise that fits that end. With such a goal, regulating and processing your emotions and thoughts is an important process. Being able to regulate emotions is important for everyone in life.

We know the four basic emotions: scared, happy, angry, and sad. These emotions, along with the physical signals such as heart rate, temperature, muscle tension and breathing, can change in your body. Being able to recognize the level of the emotions and the associated body state is part of this learning experience. To what extent are you grounded? How frequent is your breathing and where is your focus?

 There are a range of skills that can be learnt to help recognise, understand and regulate emotions.

The hourly session rate is €110 (including V.A.T.) for individuals and € 125 per hour excl. V.A.T. for businesses.
